No, we don’t have any data caps, usage limits, or fair usage policies.

Internet-SA provides you with a free-to-use router, which is included in your package. This router remains our property.

To sign up, visit our website or contact our support team for guidance.All our fibre contracts are month to month with a month’s notice. If the client terminates the agreement within 6 months of the duration of this contract, the client will be held liable for a penalty fee of R1000.

You are required to use the provided router. While it’s possible to use your own router alongside our free-to-use router to extend coverage, we recommend using the same routers in a mesh system for optimal performance.

The provided router typically covers an area with a radius of approximately 20 metres. However, this coverage may vary based on the number of walls and obstacles within your home.

We provide the following equipment as part of your fibre internet service: Fibre distribution box Optical network unit (ONU) Wi-Fi router Cabling, conduit, and ducting up to a limited extent The installation is subsidised, and we charge a one-time registration fee.
